One of my favourite days of the year is the annual Dots conference from the smart folk at Brilliant Noise. The talks from this year's event have just gone up - personal favourites include Bruce Daisley on reinventing work culture, Sam Conniff on being more pirate, and Dr Becky Parker on the brilliant science initiatives she runs with schools. It's notable from my work with clients that the challenges around digital transformation are now less about the 'why', and far more about the 'how'. That's why I wrote the book, and that's where my focus really now sits.
